WAYNE COLLOP JOINS FIRM 

D. Hittle & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Consultants, is glad to welcome Wayne Collop as a Senior Engineer.  He has retired from the City of Richland, Energy Services after an impressive 30+ year career where he most recently served as Chief Electrical Engineer overseeing the Electrical Engineering Division.  Wayne has joined the Tri-Cities Office to compliment our utility experience and expand our involvement in commerical and industrial designs.  He brings many years of experience in managing engineering personel, development of material and construction standards, numerous distribution, transmission and substation projects.  Mr. Collop has worked on long range system improvement plans, associated capital budgets and administering contracts of consultants for both construction and designs.  He is a great resource and addition to our team.
